Delivery (Europe & International)
1.1 Shipping and handling costs are not included in sale prices. Artwork(s) will not be shipped until payment is received in full. The client must specify the delivery address when an order is placed. If the address is incorrect and the item is returned to Mr. Birthmark, shipping costs will be charged before sending the item again.
Once the artwork(s) is received, the client will have fourteen (14) days to decide to keep it or return it. The client will immediately notify Mr. Birthmark at [email protected]thmark.com if the artwork(s) is to be returned. Only approved shipping methods may be used.
1.2 Acceptance of goods
You must inspect goods delivered upon receipt. You are deemed to have accepted goods delivered unless written notice of rejection specifying the reasons for rejection is received by us within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery of the goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary with a maximum of thirty (30) days.
2.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to Borssenburgstraat 28-1, Amsterdam, NH, 1078 VE, Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2.2 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2.3 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2.4 Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
2.5 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to Borssenburgstraat 28-1, Amsterdam, NH, 1078 VE, Netherlands.
